Large-scale excavations on the ground surface will cause serious soil erosion during the project construction.Monitoring the production and construction project disturbance zone can provide decision-making basis for relevant law enforcement departments to supervise and enforce the illegal construction and construction projects.Traditional monitoring methods mainly rely on the field investigation of law enforcement officers,which has many disadvantages such as long periodicity and poor timeliness.Especially in the alpine region,the field survey is much more difficult than that of other areas,so that the production and construction projects can't be supervised effectively.However,the remote sensing technology can make up for the shortcomings of traditional methods.This thesis takes Qulong Copper Mine and Jiama Copper Mine where have a wide disturbance area in the Mozhugongka County as the experimental area,and then realizes the dynamic monitoring in disturbance area by object-oriented classification monitoring method and pre-classification monitoring method using high resolution remote sensing image.The main contents of this thesis are described as follows:(1)According to the problem in separating disturbance zone from natural bare soil in production and construction project area,this thesis selects corresponding sample points to analyze the features of texture,spectrum etc.in these area,which provides reference for selecting characteristics to extract the disturbance area.(2)In order to realize disturbance zone extraction,based on the analysis of the characteristics of different land surfaces,this thesis establishes classification rule with spectrum,texture,shape,terrain factor and so on,and applies the object-oriented classification method into selecting disturbance area.Accuracy of disturbance zone extraction is higher than 83%by using the object-oriented classification method,which has achieved good results and certain theoretical significance and application value.(3)Four methods are used in monitoring disturbance area,including object-based brightness difference method,change vector analysis method,fusing multi-feature change detection method and post-classification comparison method.This thesis focuses on analyzing the effect of the first three pre-classification detection methods on change information detection.Hereinto,the brightness difference method and the fusing multi-feature method have better results in detection of change disturbance area,and multi-feature method has the highest overall accuracy,but the error rate of brightness difference method is higher.Finally,change information of the disturbed area is extracted from the fusing multi-feature change detection methods,and change information is get by using rule classification method,and the dynamic monitoring of the disturbance area is eventually realized.(4)To compare the monitoring methods before and after classification,this thesis analyzes the monitoring results obtained by these two methods.The transformation of the feature types obtained by the fusing multi-feature change detection method is closer to the true value.However,due to the existence of false and missed detection,the overall monitoring effect of new disturbance area is not very well.However,the post-classification comparison method involves the classification errors transmission,which result in the exaggeration of change information about objects types,but the monitoring area of the new disturbance zone is close to the actual.(5)The object-oriented classification method and the change detection method are applied to the monitoring of soil and water conservation in the production and construction project of Mozhugongka County,and the monitoring of the production and construction project disturbance area in 2014 and 2016 is realized in combination with manual correction,which provides data support for soil and water conservation supervision of production and construction.
