| Due to the complex geological conditions in Baoji of Shanxi Province, geological disasters like debris flow occur frequently in this area, which bring great threat to the local people’s lives, properties and traffic safety. With the topography condition and source reserves needed by debris flow in an area, characteristics such as the time of outbreak, dangerous range and the scale are determined by rainfall conditions. Therefore, the study of debris flow triggered by rainfall is important for debris flow warning and disaster prevention. The numerical simulation is now treated as an important direction and trend for the research on debris flow, which could be used to analyze the motion of debris flow and the scope of the disaster and also make risk assessment.Mogou debris flow----a typical gully debris flow in Baoji region is elected as the research object.Based on geological data and rainfall data of mogou area collected, the numerical simulation of mogou debris flow under natural conditions is carried out through the FLO-2D software. And then calculation results including accumulation scope, accumulation depth, flow velocity, impact value, climb up height, etc.can be acquired.Compared with the actual situation, the reliability of the simulation results is verified.According to the simulation results of the debris flow,a disaster danger division in the study area can be made.Afterwards, the debris flow movement under possible rainfall conditions is simulated, and a debris flow disaster danger division is made,to predict the potential accumulation scope of debris flow induced by assumed rainfall, the condition of movement and the strength of the risk,to provide effective data and information for the prediction of debris flow. Finally,by comparing and analyzing the debris flow movement and the strength of the risk under two kinds of different rainfall conditions, certain references can be provided for the meteorological early warning zoning of debris flow, disaster reduction work arrangement and the regional construction. |
