This study selected the exotic species of Panicum virgatum L.in Loess Hilly Region and native vegetation Setaria viridis L.,Bothriochloa Ischaemum L.,through the research on plant photosynthesis and physiological and biochemical characteristics, physicochemical and microbiological characteristics of soil and soil-plant-microbial ecosystem stoichiometry etc,and investigates the interaction between exotic plants Panicum virgatum L.and native plants, found that Panicum virgatum L.and native plants have a close interaction between the different types of native plants and there were differences between this interaction,so we can draw the following conclusions:Plant :soil residual effects of switchgrass have significant effects on native plants, and have different effects of different native plant species, generally Panicum virgatum L.soil residual effect significantly increases the local ability of plants to resist drought stress. On Setaria viridis L.chlorophyll and nitrogen content and biomass which has significant negative feedback effect;photochemical efficiency and nitrogen content of Bothriochloa Ischaemum L.was significantly inhibited and significantly improved its water use efficiency and biomass, the water use efficiency increased by 81.25%.The rhizosphere soil environment of Bothriochloa Ischaemum L.has a negative feedback effect on Panicum virgatum L.chlorophyll and net photosynthetic rate, and the two kinds of rhizosphere soil of native plants had significant inhibitory effects on Panicum virgatum L.biomass, the decrease of proportion was about 60.53%,and significantly increased the resistance of Panicum virgatum L..Soil:Some characteristics of the rhizosphere soil of native plants have significant changes under the influence of Panicum virgatum L.,The available nitrogen and SMBN content of Setaria viridis L.rhizosphere soil, the WSOC and SMBC content of Bothriochloa Ischaemum L.rihizosphere soil are significant promoted, and the activity of beta glucosidase, acetyl enzyme, phosphatase of native vegetation was significantly inhibited under the influence of Panicum virgatum L.,The phosphatase activity of Setaria viridis L.and enzyme acetyl activity of Bothriochloa Ischaemum L.were strongly decreased by 18.62% and 17.25% respectively.Different kinds of native plants have different effects on soil nutrient content in rhizosphere of Panicum virgatum L.,Bothriochloa Ischaemum L.showed significant negative feedback effect on the w(WSON)of Panicum virgatum L.rhizosphere soil,Setaria viridis L.has a significant promoted role on the w(WSOC)of Panicum virgatum L.rhizosphere soil.Native plants significantly inhibited the rhizosphere soil enzyme activity of Panicum virgatum L.,Bothriochloa Ischaemum L.has the most significant inhibited effect on beta glucosidase activity with a reduction 20.91%.To sum up,the interaction between Panicum virgatum L.and native plants on the soil and microbial characteristics, are associated with plant species.Soil-plant-microbe:Interactions between native species and Panicum virgatum L.significantly affect plant-soil-microbial stoichiometric ratio, and different plant species was under different influence. The ratio of soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen has a very significant correlation with other stoichiometry, and the physiological and biochemical characteristics of plants have different correlation with soil factors and microbial characteristics.
