With the maturity of computer technology,model-based systems engineering(MBSE)has been widely used:in system modeling and simulation.Model-based methods are reusable,unambiguous,easy to understand and copy,thus the traditional text-based system engineering method has been gradually replaced.With the increasing complexity of mechanical and electrical system functional requirements,it is often involved in machinery,electronics,electricity,hydraulic,thermal and control and many other fields and disciplines,making the system scale increasingly large,the structure and behavior increasingly complex,thus multi-domain system modeling and simulation becomes more and more important.The system modeling language(SysML)originates from the Unified Modeling Language(UML),and it unifies the modeling language used in systems engineering design.Modelica language absorbs a lot of other object-oriented and equation-based single-domain simulation language,has become the multi-domain unified modeling language in the field of simulation.The emergence of SysML and Modelica makes reliable unified language standards in both the design stage and the simulation stage of the complex electromechanical system design process,during which design guides simulation,and simulation feeds back to design,design and simulation complement each other.Therefore,how to unify design modeling and simulation modeling together becomes an important issue.Based on SysML and Modelica,we presents a set of unique multi-domain design and simulation modeling integration methods by absorbing and integrating the existing methods.First of all,we introduces and analyzes the Meta Object Facility(MOF).Then,the meta-models of SysML and Modelica are extracted respectively,and briefly compared.Then,we analyzes and constructs the SysML extension for SysML to align Modelica meta-model.Finally,based on the extended SysML and Modelica meta-model,the platform-independent design and simulation model mapping rules are constructed by means of the abstracted transformation equation of model mapping.Based on the work above,the M-Design extension package and the SysML-Modelica model conversion toolkit based on M-Design and AMESim are created on the existing SysML modeling platform.Finally,the complex electromechanical system design and simulation modeling integration is illustrated by the example of tanks connected PI system.
