Dongxiang wild rice as a good germplasm resources of rice,with resistant to pests,drought,cold and many other fine traits,and it's organized microbial resources are abundant.Studies have shown that plant endophytes help to enhance the host plant resistance to stress,some of which have 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid(ACC)deaminase activity of endophytic bacteria in promoting the growth of host plants and Anti-salt stress plays an important role.Therefore,the use of plant-derived bacteria(PGPB)with ACC deaminase activity to reduce the adverse effects of adverse environmental stresses on crop productivity is the most important strategy for sustainable agricultural development.In this paper,the diversity of endophytic and rhizosphere bacteria was analyzed by high-throughput sequencing in the heading of wild rice in Dongxiang,Jiangxi Province.The results showed that the endogenous and rhizosphere bacteria Deaminase activity and other biogenic activities,and to carry out its activity to enhance the salt tolerance of plants.(1)The bacterial diversity of endogenous and rhizosphere of Dongxiang wild rice was analyzed by high-throughput sequencing.The bacteria were classified as 5classes: Cyanobacteria,Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria,Chloroflexi and Firmicutes,and 58 genera,among which Cyanobacteria norank(53.7%),Mitochondria norank(3.9%),Acinetobacter sp.(2.7%),Burkholderia sp.(2.1%),Anaerolineaceae uncultured(1.4%)and Anaeromyxobacter(1.1%)are dominant bacteria.(2)Screening of endophytic and rhizosphere bacterial strains of Dongxiang wild rice with ACC deaminase.Twenty-nine strains with ACC-deaminase activity were screened from 52 strains and IAA,iron carrier and phosphate-solubilizing activity were detected.The isolates were identified as Bacillus(56%),Pantoea(12%),Micrococcus(4.2%),Acinetobacter sp.(2.5%)and others totally 18 genera.(3)(CR9,CL8,CL13,CL18 and CRH27)could promote the germination,seedling and shoot growth of rice seeds in different degrees,and CR9(CL8,CL13,CL18 and CRH27)could be used to study the seed germination,seedling and shoot growth of rice seeds.And CRH27 had the best effect,and the germination rate,seedling and shoot length of the above strains were significantly higher than those of the control group after high salt concentration.(4)The results showed that the contents of CR9 and CRH27 were different from those of the control group.The results showed that the content of MDA in the plantwas significantly lower than that in the control group under the salt stress condition.Acid,soluble sugar and chlorophyll content were significantly increased,after inoculation CRH27 can better improve the ability of rice plants to resist salt stress.
