With the increasing demand of human society for energy,the problem of traditional energy shortage has become one of the important factors of restricting the development of human society.While human society consumes energy,the traditional fossil energy has also caused serious environmental pollution and damaged of the living environment of human beings,and the most effective method to solve these problems is to develop new clean energy.Ocean energy is a clean energy,and it is rich in China.The research on the ocean power generation has made great progress,but the corresponding research on construction of ocean power generation proving ground is in early stages.However,electrical system of ocean power generation proving ground is the most important component,so strengthening the research on the electrical system of ocean power generation proving ground is of great theoretical significance and practical value to speed up the construction of the ocean power generation proving ground and development and utilization of ocean energy.Specific tasks of this paper are as follows:This paper builds the architecture of ocean power generation system and the mathematical model of ocean power generation system based on detailed analysis on power generation principle of wave power generation and tidal current power generation.Ocean resource conditions in China are analyzed.According to the distribution characteristics of wave and tidal current resources in China's coastal regions,the research on electrical system of ocean power generation proving ground in Chu Island in Weihai is carried out,and the applicability of wave power generation in Chu Island in Weihai is discussed.It is sure to adopt oscillating buoy wave power generation in sea area of Chu Island in Weihai where the energy flux density is low by comparing and analyzing several mainstream wave power generation in combination with characteristics of sea area of Chu Island in Weihai.Structure and operating principle of oscillating buoy wave energy converter are analyzed,and the method of predicting wave power generation based on micro wave amplitude theory and Froude-Krylov theory is proposed.The method uses the potential function to represent the motion characteristics of wave,and the force of pressure of undisturbed wave on buoy is calculated,and the wave force that can reflect the additional mass effect is obtained by using the diffraction coefficient to modify the previous force.The output power is deduced by analyzing the torque and speed of generator,and the annual electricity production and energy conversion efficiency are deduced.The architecture of ocean power generation proving ground electrical system is built based on prediction models of wave power generation,and the characteristics of ocean environment monitoring system,electrical system of power generation device,electrical system of shore-based transmission and distribution and data integration and management system are analyzed,and the assessment methods of important performance indexes in data analysis and evaluation system are proposed.According to the actual ocean conditions in Chu Island in Weihai,oscillating buoy wave power generation system model is built on MATLAB/SIMULINK,and the validity of all models is verified by applying the ocean conditions to the model.
