In the marine environment on-site monitoring,moored buoy with its long-term,continuity,all-weather fixed-point monitoring and other characteristics,become one of the most important means.Bailong buoy is China’s first deep sea climate observation buoy for operational running,It has been maintained the Global Tropical Moored Buoy Array-RAMA array for many years.With the development of marine observation and international ocean observation cooperation in recent years,the Bailong buoy has been widely used.Different deployment environment put forward new requirements for buoy design.The main difference is the mooring system design and communication system design.In order to realize the deployment of Bailong buoy in different sea environment,this paper designs and realizes the various communication modes of moored buoy.There are three main communication modes of moored buoy: satellite communication,radio shortwave communication and mobile network communication.The buoy communication system consists of buoy system and offshore system.This paper first introduces the structure and data flow of buoy communication system.And briefly describes the characteristics of the data acquisition controller DT80,three communication systems(satellite communication,radio communication,mobile network communication)and the SQL database principle of the offshore system used in the communication system.Then the paper describes the design and implementation of the six communication modes: Iridium dial-up mode,digital radio station,GPRS,Argos,Iridium SBD mode and Beidou.This is described in detail from the aspects of communication link configuration,hardware selection,system detailed construction process,hardware and software of buoy system and offshore system,experimental analysis.The buoy system uses the DT80 as the data acquisition controller to control the transmission data of the different communication terminals.The offshore system receives the data from the data receiving terminal and uploads to the cloud server.The cloud server runs the service program and has the SQL database,The service program controls buoy communication and stores the received data in the database.Through the design and realization of each communication mode,the characteristics and realization methods of each communication mode are mastered.It is of practical significance to deal with the application of the Bailong buoy in different environments.It has a certain design for other buoy communication system.However,the paper for a variety of communication modes of experimental analysis is not comprehensive enough,should to continue to complement the work in the future.
