Climte change is a hot topic in the current global field.Changes of plant phenology can reflect directly the information of climate changes. So it can be viewed as the ecological sensor of influence of climate change on ecology because of sensitive response and easy to be monitored and understood.Based on the phenological data from “Annual report on phenological observations of animals and plants in China”(1-11)and the data of meteorological data network in China, firstly,we selected four phenology(FLD,FFD,LCD and FLD)of three species widely distributed in North China and 31 species of single Beijing site, and meteorological data corresponding to the site to calculate the optimum length of the average temperature(precipitation, sunshine length)using the correlation analysis method and to determine the key meteorological factors which affect the phenological changes using multivariate regression analysis. In addition, according to the form and flowering trees respectively,we divided 31 species from Beijing site into tree and shrub, early flowering species and late flowering species for clear that some biological characteristics differ from phenological differences and phenological changes. In order to break shortcomings of the traditional monitoring means with time-consuming and require a large amount of financial support, this paper tries to use surveillance camera has been widely installed to monitor plant flowering phenology event. Results show that(1)the results show that phenological events in North China during 1963-1988 were driven mainly by temperature, partially by precipitation and day length was almost no effect;an increase in temperature will causes an advance of spring phenology, lead to delay autumn phenology, and the increase of precipitation would make a large part of phenology delay,so,the length of growing season of some species have the extended trend, however, increase precipitation will make most of phenplogy delay.(2)different types of trees have different responses to climate change.(3)based on surveillance cameras can extract phenological information accurately,multi-Gaussian curve can better reflect the vegetation change of flowering process.
