Microbes are distributed in every corner of the earth, with the deepening of the study of microbial mineralization, many studies has showed that the presence of microbe has a close relationship to the formation of uranium. Objective:Comparatively analyze the different distribution of typical bacterial populations in ore deposits and in groundwater samples, and then to explore the relevance of these microorganism between groundwater samples and ore samples. Methods:The traditional microbiological methods is used to isolate and identity the cultured bacteria participated in element cycling such as N, Fe, S in Shihongtan sandstone type uranium deposit and all underground water samples, while identifying the isolated pure strain in 16S rDNA sequences, then to investigate the diversity of cultured bacteria in ore samples and underground water samples. Finally to analyze the difference of microbiological distribution between ore samples and water samples. Results:The number of nitrogen-fixing bacteria exhibit oxidation zone<transition zone<reduction zone,nitrogen-fixing bacteria isolated from different samples were identified Agrobacterium sp.,Klebsiella sp., Rhizobium sp., Enterobacter sp., Pseudomonas sp.;DGGE analysis of samples attributed to Paenibacillus, Pseudomonas, Rhizobium and Klebsiella. The number of denitrifying bacteria showing the transition zone<oxidation zone<reduction zone, isolated pure strains is belong to Bacillus sp.,Pseudomonas, Agrobacterium sp.,Gordonia sp.,DGGE analysis obtained Pseudomonas sp.,Bacillus sp., Ochrobactrum sp.,Paracoccus sp.,Salmonella sp. in cultured denitrifying bacteria. The number of Iron bacteria showed transition zone>oxidation zone>reduction zone, and cultured Iron bacteria by morphological identification may belong to Sphaerococcus, Siderocapsa, Ochrobium, Naumanniella. After DGGE analysis of samples attributed toPseudomonas,Micrococcus,Bacillus and Enterobacter. There were six categories of cultivable SRB, and the quantity of them in metallogenic-belt was more than in reducing-belt and this is more than in oxidizing-belt, isolated pure strains is belong to Desvlfotomaculum ruminis,Desulfovibrio desulfuricans. The cultured SRB in deposit groundwater is mainly included Desulfotomaculum sp.,Desulfosporosinus sp., Desulfovibrio sp..By DGGE analysis, there are many microbial species distributed in deposit groundwater sample, most of which microbes can not be cultured, but also including Clostridium, Pseudomonas, Erythrobacter, Pseudanabaena and Arenimonas malthae. Conclusion:there are abundant microbes distributed in Shihongtan sandstone type uranium deposits groundwater and ore, and the composition of microbial species has certain correlation. The role of diversial microorganisms on cycle of elements and the formation of uranium are of great significance.
