With the improvement of living standards and purchasing power,the demand for dairy products is growing.However,in recent years,the quality of dairy products often seriously damage the interests of consumers,which guides more focus on whether the dairy product is safe.The risk of dairy supply chain is an important factor that effect the dairy products quality.We should strength the management of the dairy product supply chain and effectively prevent the quality problems.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the risk transmission and stability of dairy products supply chain complex network.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,we analysis the classical supply chain network,and which leads to the supply chain model and the dairy product supply chain.Based on the common characteristics of the supply chain structure and the structural characteristics of the dairy product supply chain,the complex network evolution model of the dairy product supply chain is established.Through the Matlab simulation software,we get the dynamic process of the dairy product supply chain complex network changed by time.The evolution model is used to solve the degree distribution,clustering coefficient and average path length of the dairy product supply chain complex network.Combined with the Zhejiang Beiyinmei company's dairy product supply chain,we get the empirical verification.The simulation results show that add edge,add point,delete edge,delete point's behavior can make the webs have smaller average path length and larger clustering coefficient.The network degree distribution tends to power-law distribution,and has the features of "scale-free".In the dairy product supply chain,the key nodes,which has more upper and lower nodes can obtain a greater probability of connection.Moreover,the key node enterprises in the dairy product supply chain complex network get the main focus,and they can directly affect the overall evolution of the network.Secondly,through the study of dairy product supply chain complex network dynamics behavior,we analyze the risk factors in each aspect of the dairy product supply chain.Abstracting risk factors into a risk node of a certain level,and take the risk transmission in the dairy product supply chain network into account.The dynamic model of complex network risk diffusion in dairy product supply chain is established.The risk expression of each node's infection probability is obtained.We analysis the relationship between risk diffusion coefficient,minimum number of infected nodes and probability of risk node.Deepen the dairy product supply chain complex network structure in the aspect of level.Finally,we study the robustness of the dairy product supply chain complex network.We propose an algorithm for the robustness analysis of the dairy product supply chain complex network.By setting different parameters,we analyze the robustness of the dairy product supply chain complex network under random attacks and deliberate attacks,and we study the relationship between the network failure and the number of attack nodes.We put forward a strategy for the prevention of complex network.Finally,based on the empirical calculation of the dairy products supply chain of Zhejiang Beiyinmei Company,we analyze its network robustness characteristics.We advise on the safety and stability of the dairy product supply chain,thus ensuring the quality of dairy products.
