As we all know,the existence of time delays may lead to instability of neural networks.Hence,delay-type stability research has theoretical value and practical application value.Meanwhile,since the complex-valued neural network is more general than the real-valued neural network,it can solve the problem that the real neural network can not solve.Therefore,the stability of complex-valued neural networks with time delays has received much attention.Based on the previous scholar's research,we will study the stability of complex-valued neural networks with time delays and obtain related stability criterion.This paper studies the stability of complex-valued neural networks with time delays.The main contents include three aspects:(1)The global stability of complexvalued genetic regulatory networks with delays on time scales is studied.Based on the contraction mapping and calculus on time scales,besides presenting conditions guaranteeing the existence of a unique equilibrium pattern,its global exponential stability is discussed.(2)The global exponential stability of the periodic solution of a delayed discontinuous complex-valued networks is studied.The global exponential stability of periodic solution is investigated by using the method of Lyapunov stability.(3)The global exponential periodicity and the stability of complex-valued networks with proportional delays are studied.The new criteria for globally exponential consensus of complex-valued neural networks are derived by using the method of Lyapunov stability. |
