Infectious disease endangers human for one thousand years,but we never stop fighting against it and also made significant achievements in this respect,but the emergency of new infectious disease puts forward new challenges to control epidemic outbreak.This thesis establishes mathematical model mainly from the perspective of multiplex networks,and analyzes the dynamical behaviors of infectious disease on multiplex networks.The full text can be divided into three aspects mostly:1.Threshold analysis of epidemic spreading on multiplex networksWe derive the epidemic spreading model on a single network by using the pair quenched mean-field approach and establish the epidemic threshold;Then we extend results of the single network to the multiplex network,study the spreading process on multiplex networks,and obtain a general formula of epidemic threshold.2.Dynamical analysis of interaction between awareness and disease in double coupling networksConsidering the mutual communication between awareness and disease in double coupling networks,where the upper layer is supporting the spreading of awareness and the lower layer corresponds to the contact network.Different from the previous research,we assume that nodes can perceive the epidemic risk but cannot take preventive actions.By using the Microscopic Markov-chain approach,we establish the epidemic threshold value and investigate the impact of network parameters on epidemic spreading.3.The influence of awareness from the communication layer on epidemic spreading in double networksWe introduce individual awareness into the epidemic spreading in multiplex networks,where the epidemic information is originated from the communication layer.A heterogeneous mean-field model is built and then the epidemic threshold is derived.The result shows that the awareness parameter has no effect on the epidemic threshold under the independent conditions,which is different from the previous work.
