Research On Rapid Measurement Method Of Iron Content In Magnetite Concentrate

Iron ore is not only one of important national strategic resources,but also China's largest import of mineral resources.With the development and expansion of iron ore trade,the technology used to test iron content is getting more and more attention in the whole steel industry.Mainly,the price of iron ore depends on the quality of iron ore and the hazardous substances in iron ore.However,there are many problems in the quality of iron ore.This phenomenon also shows that the current detection methods of iron content in iron ore can't meet the needs of real-time and rapid testing of iron ore processing and trading.High-performance and intelligent detection technology needs to be developed.This paper has designed a rapid real-time measurement system of iron content in magnetite on the base of the basic iron content measurement method of iron ore and the related technology of embedded system.The system comprises an information acquisition module with the inductive sensor as the core and a microprocessor module with the ARM7 microprocessor as the core.In this paper,the measurement method of iron content in magnetite based on mutual inductance sensor is discussed.The principle of fast measurement of iron content in iron ore based on electromagnetic induction mutual inductance effect is studied.The hardware system of ARM and smart sensor is built by designing the iron content information collection module,signal generation module and display module.At the same time,the software code is designed to meet the requirements of information collection and display.The system is debugged under laboratory conditions to verify its feasibility and stability.Finally,through the processing of experimental data,the validity of the system is proved.The measurement system has realized the function designed.It has the advantages of real-time measurement,convenient operation,free from environmental impact and easy to carry.It meets the technical requirements ofiron ore production and sales process,and can effectively improve the iron production efficiency of the iron and steel enterprises,and promote the development of the whole industry.It is of great practical significance to improve the iron ore industry in China to develop in the direction of high efficiency and intelligence.
