| With the rapid development of economic integration,secured loan is an important form of raising funds.But it may aggravate explosion of financial risk for its complexity and opaqueness,which gained extensive attention.Complex network technology provides an opportunity for risk analysis of guarantee network instead of traditional method which is limitation in dealing with large-scale guarantee network.This paper aims to mining topology structure and reveal the risk transmission mechanism of real guarantee network.Providing assistance in risk prevention and reducing the costs of risk management by the analysis.The specific studies can be summarized as follows:(1)Fast-SCAN(FSCAN),as an efficient algorithm in community detection,has been proposed.The time complexity of SCAN algorithm is 0(4|E|2/|V|),while the improved time complexity is O(2|E|2/V-2K|E|/V),in solving the problem of high time costs in community detection,which can identify the community structures,hubs and noise points of large-scale network efficiently.(2)Pedigree division algorithm based on path compression has been proposed by the thought of merging and finding set,which can find connected guarantee circle in guarantee network.Analyzing the structure with complex network theory and identifying the community structure of guarantee circle with FSCAN algorithm.(3)A data structure consists of array has been proposed which is simulating adjacency list.Meanwhile,the investigated credits’ path finding algorithm in K generation has been proposed to reveal the hidden indirect guarantee relationship between them,which is useful to avoid the finical risk explosion of guarantee circle.(4)Improving the disaster diffusion kinetic model to find more suitable risk propagation model by analyzing the risk propagation characteristic.Simulating the effect of propagating source on risk propagation,taking credit rating on investigated credits and simulating the risk propagation path in core guarantee community.Finally,the corresponding supervision strategy has been proposed to provide theoretical reference for financial risk caused by guarantee circle. |
