Landslides, debris flow and other geological disasters, because of its sudden and unpredictable nature, easily lead to the destruction of the railway, resulting in loss of life and property. To achieve all the prevention and control is more difficult, but should master the basic knowledge of disaster occurrence and development, through the early warning and early warning to take effective prevention and control measures to reduce the loss.In order to breaking through the traditional single factor forecast model,the Beiji ng-Guangzhou railway line along the debris flow disaster area was collected,consider ed the comprehensive factors of the debris flow,based on AHP efficacy coefficient me thod and 3S technology method,established the railway debris flow monitoring and w arning system,provided important support and guarantee for the safe operation of the r ailway and social economic sustainable development. The main work includes the following:(1)Factors of debris flow disasters along the railway are explored, and the key factors are classified and graded, mainly divided into 7 basic factors,2 response factors and 3 induced factors.(2) Using hierarchical analysis method and efficacy coefficient method, determined weight of each factor and efficacy coefficient, calculated the total efficacy coefficient, then the total effect numerical divided into five grades of warning, established the railway debris flow disaster early warning model.(3)Through field measurement and investigation, using ArcGIS software, combined with remote sensing image data produced a layer of debris flow disaster region, and divided it into five areas, sampled and determined soil properties, and calculated the slope and relative elevation, made a attribute table, constructed the spatial database and attribute database.(4)Displayed the main interface and implementation of railway debris flow monitoring and warning system, carried on the simulation test, then network and short message could release early warning information, used camera to return real-time videos, and the result is ideal.
