Because of soil compaction phenomenon,the vegetation can not absorb nitrogen.To improve the phenomenon,this thesis aimed at researching the functional microorganism which can promote soil nitrogen cycle.In this experiment,surface water and underground water were used respectively,strengthening bacteria and antagonistic bacteria were added to the two kinds of water,the effects of different water quality conditions on nitrogen metabolism and bacterial community structure were analyzed by experiments,and then,to provide theoretical basis for nitrogen pollution restoration in Hebei plain.The test results are as follows:1)The soil which used surface water with antagonistic bacteria,the degradation effect of the total nitrogen was the most obvious,the total nitrogen content was degraded by 296.43 mg·kg-1 to 92.46 mg·kg-1.The soil used surface water with antagonistic bacteria,the degradation effect of the ammonia nitrogen was the most obvious,the ammonia nitrogen content was degraded by 59.16 mg·kg-1to 7.16 mg·kg-1.The soil which used surface water with strengthening bacteria,the degradation effect of nitrification was the best,the nitrate nitrogen content was degraded by 191.67 mg·kg-1 to 28.35 mg·kg-1.2)Phospholipid fatty acid determination and analysis results showed that under the drip irrigation of surface water with strengthening bacterica,the percentage of the microorganism was high in the soil of three areas.Among the PLFA results,the percentage of gram positive bacteria in WuJi was 55%,aerobic bacteria was 30%.The percentage of gram positive bacteria in ZhuoZhou was 60%,aerobic bacteria was 30%,gram negative bacteria was 8%.The percent content of gram positive bacteria in NingJin was 65%,aerobic bacteria was 15%,gram negative bacteria was 14%.In the three areas,the microbial species were rich and varied significantly and the contents of the main bacterial groups changed in the experimental period,also the content of ammoniation bacteria were higher than nitrifying bacteria.3)High-throughput sequencing results showed that bacterial sequencing results were obtained for 3 008 OTUs,including 52 297 classified information.The relative abundance of the Proteobacteria was the highest,which was 35.80%.The Coverage index basically was above 97%.In the middle of experiment,Chao1 index of the soil which used surface water with strengthening bacteria was 14.50% higher than the original soil sample.Fungalsequencing results were obtained for 565 OTUs,including 50 059 classified information.The relative abundance of the Ascomycota in the original soil was the highest,which was80.60%.The Coverage index basically was above 99%.In the middle of experiment,Chao1 index of the soil which used surface water with strengthening bacteria was 31.90%higher than the original soil sample.
