This paper studies and analyses the existing source release device, combined with China's current logging operation situation, according to the card well situation caused by the pushing device can not normally receive the arm in the recovery process of the pulse type down-hole source system, develops an active safety stuck releasing device for the Seismic Source in deep well exploration, who will start-up and breaks the safety pin of the connecting rod when the failure of the pushing part is detected, and then let the instrument pushing part to loose from the wall, so as to achieve the purpose of safety starting well and reduce the unnecessary economic losses of well logging company and oil field.Firstl, according to the active safety releasing device of the source under the environment of high temperature work requirements, from the power electronic switch circuit and armature winding form, permanent magnet DC motor, several rotor excitation structure and circuit and the rotor position sensor this article determines the design scheme of Brushless DC motor, through the analysis of permanent magnet structure and the principle of Brushless DC motor, based on the design method of permanent magnet brushless DC motor, in turn to the main dimensions size of the permanent magnet and magnetic circuit are calculated, using high temperature permanent magnet material and magnetic material, designs a brushless DC motor meeting the actual production demand.Secondly, this paper analyzes the design essentials and difficulties of the drive system for card device, combines the mechanics and mechanical design knowledge, considers the safety and stability of the operation and connection mode, proposes to the design scheme of drive system for card device, designs and selects the main components of the drive system for card device including: speed reducer, coupling and ball screw.Again, according to the characteristic of the active safety stuck releasing device for the Seismic Source working under high temperature, through the design of single-chip microcomputer HT83C51 control parts, the rotor position detection and signal processing circuit, switch circuit and gate driving circuit, PWM duty cycle circuit and soft start circuit and a current limiting and protection circuit, this article completes the design of hardware and its reliability for the control circuit of card releasing device, realizes the card device start / stop control, solution / retraction of the launch card device and motor speed control.Finally, experimental research has been made for the sample card device, which verifies the feasibility and operability of active safety stuck releasing device for the seismic source in deep well exploration, and it meets the requirements of the relevant technical indicators, can realize the active safety solution card of source instrument.
