| With the advance of the era of information,selecting information has become into a problem of people’s daily life and work.If the information is reflected in the graph,people can directly obtain the useful information from the content.Generally speaking,multivariate analysis is the one of methods for analyzing data and the main types of multivariate analysis are principal component analysis,correspondence analysis,multidimensional scaling,and so on.Biplot is an another method for displaying the results of multivariate analysis,which represent the result of the singular value decomposition of two-way data.In biplot,each row and column names in the table can be represented.The elements of a data matrix are represented according to dots and vectors associated with the rows and columns of a matrix,respectively.Biplot can reflect the relationship between the variables and individual.Biplot has been studied by many researchers and widely applied in different fields.Compositional data is a special kind of multidimensional data,which is developed in geology.Compositions of compositional data are vectors of positive components whose sum is constant.Due to this restriction the use of standard statistical techniques is not appropriate and consequently it is not possible to make classical interpretations.So when we analyze the compositional data,the original data is needed to pretreat and analyzed in the European space.In this paper,a new selecting criterion about coordinates of biplot elements is defined on the basis of existing biplot analysis theory and some cases have been analyzed.Compositional data,as a kind of special data,has been analyzed by biplot in this paper and the constructing steps have been given. |
