Agrometeorological information documents are special services material that comprehensive analysis of the impact of the time series, spatial distribution and variable characteristics of agricultural meteorological observation data on agricultural production,proposed produce recommendations. Its level of automation determines the quality of meteorological services for agriculture. With the computer technology and GIS technology growing in the field of meteorology, meteorological data has been achieved automation of data entry, data entry, statistical analysis, chart generation, visualization of presentation,instrumented of interaction. Greatly improved the efficiency and level of documents editing.However, the editing of agrometeorological information documents mainly by manual currently, which is of time-consuming and highly expertise demanded.Aim at the urgent need of agricultural meteorological information documents prepared by fully automated, by spatial-temporal analysis of meteorological data, according to the principles of topology and the regulations of Chinese Language, proposed the ideas of automation editing of agro-meteorological information documents based on professional term vocabulary classification knowledge base and template customization techniques. Focused on building restructuring model of term of agrometeorology information documents.By spatial-temporal analysis of the multi-dimensional meteorological data under the support of MeteoGIS platform and database technology, building the product of diagrams database,building the correlation between index base, knowledge base and meteorological data, analyze material by using agricultural meteorological service indicators and annual service plan.Building basic vocabulary database according to Chinese Speech Classification. At the same time, building the topological association model between spatial distribution, time-varying characteristics of agricultural meteorological elements and professional terms based on the topological association thoughts, building term restructuring model by using Chinese language grammar. To achieve real-time analysis, chart generation, language editor of the observational elements automatically by template customization techniques. A case study in Inner Mongolia Agricultural Meteorology Ten-day Report in late January, 2016, it gives the methods and procedures by term restructuring model, and realized generating agricultural meteorology ten-day report automatically by template customization techniques.The outcome after software engineering implementation can be integrated into MeteoGIS platform, not only can expand the capabilities of MeteoGIS, but also reduces the professional requirements of staff for agricultural meteorological information editing. Contribute to the scientific data service support technology in data entry paperless, electronic management,statistical tabular, graphical analysis, to show the new stage of visualization to service documentation. It can also be applied separately to editing other thematic service material of big data, greatly enhance the service capabilities of scientific data.
