The dynamical behavior of solutions is always an important topic for differen-tial equations,the dynamics of infectious diseases is its strong promotion through building the mathematical model of dynamic characteristics of infectious diseases,we can analyse the dynamical properties.Moreover it shows the evolution of infectious disease,thus it shows that the spread of the virus and the various complicated factors of the environment may have intrinsic relations,it provides effective theory for the prevention and treatment of infectious disease.This article will use the theory of differential equations and differencial inclusions,to study the theory of the three kinds of models with discontinuous immunotherapy,the main research content of this thesis is as follows.In the first part,according to the existing computer virus SIR model,we improve the model with a discontinuous treatment of infectious diseases,we get the existence and uniqueness of equilibrium point and when the valve R0>1,the solutions which satisfy the initial conditions arrive equilibrium in finite time;When R0<1,the solutions which satisfy the initial conditions reach disease-free equilibrium in finite time.In the second part,we propose a class of cells with discontinuous immunotherapy strategies virus infectious disease model,it shows that the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium exist,and we analyse the global stability of equilibrium.In the third part,we study a class of discontinuous SIR tuberculosis epidemic models,we also get the existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium point and when the valve R0>1,the solutions which satisfy the initial conditions arrive equilibrium in finite time;When R0<1,the solutions which satisfy the initial conditions reach disease-free equilibrium in finite time.
