The structure of multiquark state has been a hot topic in recent years,but how to construct the multiquark wave function is very important in studying the structure of multiquark state.We provide a special way,in which the analytical isoscalar factor is applied to construct multiquark state.We also use the Gelfand basis and outer product rules of unitary group.Taking the construction of four quarks and one anti-quark as example,we discuss how to obtain the multiquark wave function in flavor space of SU(3)representation.This method can be easily entended to SU(n)representation,and the spin wave function,isospin wave function and color wave function can be wave function obtained,so it is significant to study the structure of multiquark state.
