Neutrino masses and dark matter in the Universe are thought to be two possible signals of physics beyond the Standard Model,in this paper, we introduce a new model which sup-plement the Standard Model with a charged scalar singlet, a scalar triplet with hypercharged Y=0, and two single Majorana fermions. By introducing a separate Z2 symmetry, Neutrino masses can only arise from the three-loop diagram, at the same time, it can produce tiny Neutrino masses naturally. Moreover, the lighter single Majorana fermion is stable, and can be a candidate for dark matter. With calculating the Neutrino mass, lepton flavor violation and dark matter relic density of the model, we found it exists the reasonable parameter space in accordance with experimental results, and also predict that the lightest Neutrino mass is zero. The quality of the dark matter is in the range of 50-135 GeV, and the Yukawa coupling between dark matter and the leptonis is also considerable, so we can find them in the electron-positron collider in the future. In addition, if Yukawa coupling coefficient of the model is complex, decay N2→N1γ can also occur in the single circle diagram, which can explain X line of 3.55 keV found in many clusters of galaxies in 2014.
