Rotating machinery plays an important role in the life, such as aerospace, marine, wind generators, machine tools, and compressors, which are so closely with such machinery. Meanwhile, there is a pivotal position to the core components of rotating machinery in life. However, this kind of machine often doesn't work properly because of various failure, what's more, some failure even leads to worse accidents.Along with the development of technology, more and more toward automated rotating equipment, high-speed direction, which in real life in its speed, efficiency, reliability and safety requirements are also increasing. In recent years, domestic and foreign researchers and diagnostic equipment fault diagnosis method have done a lot of research, and made a lot of research results. But the study of diagnostic techniques mostly is based on experience and database-based, because the rotor system failure has not yet been fully developed.This thesis will regard the single fault rotor as the research object, and respectively study the following sections:1 This paper does a brief introduction for research status from home and abroad on fault rotor, the significance of study, purpose and problems existing in the current, at the same time, also explain the main research to the arrange content of this paper.2 This paper mainly introduces some basic concepts and basic theory of fault rotor dynamics analysis, including fault rotor system nonlinear dynamic behavior analysis method, the calculation of Lyapunov index and the basic idea of Runge- Kutta method, etc. These basic methods has become the main theoretical basis of further research work for this chapter later.3 Based on the main theory, the thesis have analyzed the dynamic characteristics of nonlinear stiffness local rubbing fault of rotor, and then established dynamics model of rubbing rotor and the differential equation of the rotor system movement, and last given the numerical simulation and analysis for some important parameters on the response of the rotor system affect.4 This paper has studied behavior characteristics of rotor dynamics on the crack fault. Firstly, establishing the movement differential equation of dynamics model and rotor system of the failure crack rotor system, Secondly, analyzing the impact on the dynamic behavior characteristics when a single parameter changes from the individual key parameters of the fault rotor system, Finally, analyzing the influence of the dynamic behavior characteristics when two of the fault rotor system with simultaneously change.
