Initally Pareto distribution simulate economic failure data,with the development of technology,Pareto distribution has been widely used in reliability life test.Many literature have studied the reliability of Pareto distribution,but no literature has studied Pareto distribution of two parameter use lindly method,this paper deals Pareto distribution of two parameter with different accelerate model under step-stress accelerate life test,lindly method will be used to estimate bayes estimaition.At last parameters were compared by data simulation under different methods to verify the validity of the test method.This paper mainly study the following three queston:1?This chapter study the Pareto distribution of two parameter under CE model with step pressure of regularly truncation,in the MLE estimate the parameters of the likelihood function reduce to the nonlinear equation for a single solution,at the same time,based on the asymptotic normality of likelihood function to get the approximate confidence interval of parameters(ACI);In bayesian estimation,the parameters can not be expressed in an explicit form,therefore we use Lindly method to estimate the parameters,and get the confidence interval of parameters using MCMC method(CRI),with two kinds of methods for simulating data finally is concluded.2?This chapter carrys on the Pareto distribution of two parameter under TRV model with step pressure of successive truncation,through the study of the maximum likelihood estimation of parameters,and the likelihood function of asymptotic normality for parameter estimation and interval estimation,using no information prior to estimate bayesian.3?This chapter study the Pareto distribution of two parameter under TRV model with step pressure of successive truncation,the maximum likelihood estimation and bayesian estimation were able to estimate the parameters,and finally the values of the parameters under the two methods are compared.Finally,we reach the conclusion,and put forward some new suggestions.
