Based on the Landsat images in 1990,2000,2010,and 2015 covering Shuangtai Estuary Ramsar wetland,combined with field survey datasetand high-spatial Resolut eon images in Google Maps,this study aimed to extract the landscape changes of wetlands and to quantify the spatiotemporal pattern of weltand occupation by multiple human activities including the land expansion for agriculture,petroleum industry,aquaculture,transportation and urbanization,For this target,the object-oriented classification methods on the plat of eCognition software was selected to extract wetland through three steps: the multiscale segmentation of homogenous objects,constructing classification rule sets based on texture,spectral information of various bands,and the vegetation indices etc,classification and validation.Further more,the landscape indices were calcul ated for each year of landscape dataset with the software of fragstats4.2,and the changes of landscape were analyzed from 1990 to 2015.The specific results are as follows:(1)Object-oriented classification methods coupled with ground inventory achieved a high classification result with the user and producer precision accuracy above 85%.The result can be used to analysis the landscape of the study area.(2)Based on the results of remote sensing interpretation data for Shuangtai EstuaryRamsar Wetlands of International Importance dynamic change of landscape pa ttern analysis.Select the landscape level,landscape index type level to obtain the dyn amic characteristics of the regional landscape through the analysis of changes in each index.The results showed that: 1990 Year-2015,the study area of natural wetland ar ea was gradually decreasing trend,wetland and non-wetland area was gradually increa sing trend,landscape pattern tended to fragmentation,the dominance of natural wetla nds decreased.(3)Statistical analysis of 1990,2000,2010,2015 Shuangtaihekou internationally important wetland landscape area variation,analytical and cultivated by human activit ies,aquaculture,oil exploration,the process of change and transformation transportati on construction area the occupation for natural wetland area.The results show that: in the human activities,land cultivation,aquaculture,oil exploration,transportation cons truction footprint increasing,its main footprint of natural wetlands.Reed wetlands,Suaeda wetlands,tidal flats was a large area of a decreasing trend towards natural wetlan ds or wetland wetlands direction transformation.
