In this paper, based on the multi-configuration Dirac-Fock method, impulse approximation theory and the density matrix theory, radiative capture electron and the following radiative decays of the highly chaeged projectile ions in relativistic collisions with atom have been studied theoretically. The organization of this paper is as follows: the first part, the electron capture and following radiation decay in the collisions of Xe54+ ions with Xe atom in 197 Me V/u have been studied theoretically.the following radiation decay spectrum of radiation electron capture have been calculated and comparied with the experimental results. in the second part, the electron capture and following radiation decay in the collisions of Xe53+ ions with Xe atom in197 Me V/u have been studied theoretically further, special attention have been paid on the the angular distribution and the polarization degree of the radiation relectorn capture and the following de-excitation of characteristic radiation photon. Two concrete research works have been carried out as follows:1.Based on the multiconfiguration Dirac-Fock method and impulse approximation, the electron capture and following radiation decay of the projectile ion have been studied theoretically for Xe atom is bombarded by Xe54+ ion in 197 Me V/u.The radiative electron capture cross-sections and the corresponding emitted photon energies have been calculated in detail. Meanwhile, the probabilities of the radiative decay and energies of the REC final states have also been calculated; Combined with the calculated results in this paper, the X-ray spectra structure of radiative decay from projectile ion have been simulated furtherly. It is found that simulated spectra are in good agreement with the newly measured results in Lanzhou Heavy- ion accelerator device.2. Based on the multiconfiguration Dirac-Fock method and the theory of density matrix, the electron capture and following radiation decay of the projectile ion have been studied theoretically for Xe atom is bombarded by Xe53+ ion in197 Me V/u.The radiative electron capture angular differential cross-sections, total cross-sections and the corresponding emitted photon energies have been calculated in detail. Then,Theprobabilities of the radiative decay and energies from 1snp1/2, 3/2(n=2-5) Jf=1 to 1s2Jd=0 have also been calculated; Meanwhile, we obtain the angular disribution and linear polarization of characteristics photon? We find that REC photon has significant angular anisotropy. In addition, there is strong linear polarization and angular anisotropy from 1snp3/2(n=2-5) Jf=1 to 1s~2 Jd=0,but from 1snp1/2(n=2-5) Jf=1 to 1s~2 Jd=0 linear polarzation is zero and angular distribution tends isotropic?...
