Bohai bay basin has long been a key research area of our country's oil production.Marine carbonate rocks of lower palaeozoic era is a new field of oil and gas exploration in this area, which have properties of the Ancient Qianshan. With the deep development of oil and gas exploration, there has been new discovery in the carbonate reservoirs of the Lower Paleozoic,Ancient karst type reservoir has become a new focus of research. The Sha Leitian is the largest bump in the Ancient Qianshan,it raised more than 200 m,which surrounded by Bozhong,Nanbao,Qikou,Shanan, these are four Paleogene rich hydrocarbon generative sag and have superior reservoir hydrocarbon accumulation conditions. Especially the Majiagou formation has achieved good effects of oil and gas exploration. It has become the most important and basic geologic burning question in the hole reservoirs of the Lower Paleozoic in Bohai bay basin, which include the Northwest of the Sha Leitian tectonics.By the research of Chaofeidian area in the northwest of the Ancient Qianshan Tectonics, that mainly according to Chaofeidian 2-1-2, we research the Lower Paleozoic carbonate reservoirs in the Sha Leitian area with a lots of technological means such as well-logging or seismic-logging?After that we compared with the carbonate reservoirs around. Finally we find out the key controlling factors to reservoir develop and we recover the palaeokarst landform, confirm that the palaeokarst slope in the open marine platform facies of the Majiagou formation, Liangjian formation and Yeli formation, is the best carbonate reservoirs.
