In order to solve the problems of optimizing scheme of launch vehicle, settled parametric simulation, and there is no special software for launch dynamics' vehicle, this thesis is systematically studied on designing many theorieses and techniques of multi-body dynamics parameterized simulation software, and developing ground launch vehicle dynamics parameter simulation analytical software which gathered modeling, solving, and visual simulation at the integral equip. Carried out CAD/CAE the integral whole and simulation data in the same source, solved CAD and CAE double to drive to the parameter, carried out a parameter share, provided the calculations analysis of all-directions and high accuracy and support for scheme argument, technique design, scheme optimizing and break down diagnosis etc, in each stage. The innovative points of this thesis are as follows:(1) Object-oriented technology, component technology, virtual prototyping, CAD technology, integrated Open CASCADE, QT, Coin3 D, Q wt and other open source components are used to build an service-oriented architecture of visual dynamics software for multi-body system. The module components' interfaces of the software which is highly flexible are defined unified and loosely coupled.(2) The software can achieve rapid calculation of multi-body system dynamics, calling CAD files directly, automatically generating calculation parameters and results, data analysis and processing, visualization of dynamic process and so on. The software provides an effective digital platform for the dynamic fast calculation, design, analysis and optimization of all types of complex mechanical systems.(3) The multi-body dynamics are applied to realize the visual dynamics simulation and design for a type of launch vehicle. A 3D solid model and the multi-body system dynamics model of launch vehicle are built. Simulation process of launch dynamics is summarized, the animations, curves and chart of the system vibration characteristic, and dynamics response is showed in the thesis.
