For sustainable development and equilibrium development of chemical production with resource utilization and environmental protection,developing chemical technology with the feature of a low loss,a high selectivity and non-pollution is imminent.Under sunlight,an enzyme exerts a stable and efficient catalysis reaction process.To coincide with the requirements of green chemistry,the development and application of a biomimetic catalytic system imitating the enzyme characteristics,including a high selectivity,a high activity and mild reaction conditions,shows a brilliant prospect.The light plays an important role in the enzyme catalytic reaction.Investigation of the action of light in the enzymatic reactions becomes one of the hotspots.Proceeding from the analysis of the contents of microelements in evergreen plant's leaves,a biomimetic catalytic system containing organic acids and metal ions was constituted.The functions of the constituents in the biomimetic catalytic system were investigated under light irritation.The main conclusions are as follows:There are many microelements in plants.They play different roles in the metabolism of a plant for maintaining the growth of the plant.The results show that the contents of micro elements show a significant difference among plant's leaves,even between new leaves and old leaves.The cyclic voltammetry curves of elements,including iron,manganese,zinc,copper and sulfur,show that copper ions and iron ions exhibit antioxidant properties under the plant's physiological conditions.The components in the biomimetic catalytic system display synergistic effects under light irritation.The experimental results show that the addition of copper ions can endue the biomimetic system a more stable redox feature.However,a high concentration of copper ion might bring an adverse effect.The addition of boric acid can also make the system more stable.An appropriate amount of phosphate is added to adjust the pH of the system to achieve the purpose of maintaining system stable.Organic acids can play a role of complexing agents,however,they can be changed under the light irritation.The system can keep stability with the interactions of each component under light irritation.Under the light irritation,organic acids-metal ion system can accelerate the decomposition of catalytic transition state,that is,decomposition of imine bonds.Different metal ions possess different absorption wavelength of light,resulting in different temperature rise rate of aqueous solutions.
