| Cyatheaceae fern is a very distinct groups,which are tree-fern plants, mainly in the tropics and subtropics. The world total of nine genera and about 650 species. This study selected Cyatheaceae white Cyathea white Cyatheaceae(Sphaeropteris brunoniana) and Sphaeropteris lepifera, and Cyathea Cyathea(Alsophila spinulosa), Cyathea gigantea(Alsophila gigantean), multi-pulse podophylla(Alsophila polynervata), podophylla(Alsophila podophylla) to study the anatomical structure of leaves and leaf epidermis micromorphological study. Mature material samples in July trichomes,stomatal type,stomatal size,stomatal ornamentation.Leaf Epidermal Morphology were observed and comparative study on its taxonomy meaning, and accordingly prepared the case for trial two classification retrieval table. Research show that: the test is that part(leaf epidermal surface ornamentation, stomatal type) of the characteristics show similarity,and another part(surface ornamentation stomata, trichomes) of the characteristics show relatively high richness. All of them are ridged surface ornamentation ornamentation, and no significant differences in stomatal size, stomatal type are flat. Every kind have large differences in trichome hair,and Sphaeropteris brunoniana is the most abundant. Alsophila podophylla guard cells have bubble-like protrusions, Sphaeropteris brunoniana guard cells is wrinkled, and the remaining four kinds of guard cell surfaces are smooth and without ornamentation. Sphaeropteris lepifera stomata is surrounded by fluff layer. Alsophila podophyllaćSphaeropteris stomataal surface have crystals. The results show:six kinds of plants of Leaf Epidermal Morphology Diversity are more abundant, these features can be used to distinguish the case of some species of reference. |
