In changzhou city tongji river channel for research of the channel, river sediment for laboratory of tongji ecological simulation study. Using high-throughput sequencing method to parse of sediment microbial community structure, determine the relationship between sediment organic pollutants and the response of the microbial community structure. From the screen can develop sensitivity to organic pollutants in the river sediment in strain of G1, study its sensitivity to the BOD and in accordance with this build is suitable for the research based on wireless transmission parameters of river water quality monitoring of biosensor.(1)The total number of microorganisms and the physical and chemical properties of sediment correlation analysis results show that the total number of bacteria and the water temperature has significant negative correlation, this study environment temperature a significant reduction in the total number of bacteria, reduce the total number of bacteria after elevated temperature environment, the reasons for this phenomenon may be relative to the water temperature changes in a certain scope,organic matter a limiting factor for the bacteria to grow. Tongji river water body pH value in each quarter has no obvious change in the change, so the impact on microbial community structure were not.(2)Each simulation stage sediment microbial community structure analysis showed that the dominant species in the door classification level of Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes and Acidobacteria, Cyanobacteria, Chloroflexi, Actinobacteria,Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes gate of dominant fungi. Sediment microbial community structure and sediment response relationship between the physical and chemical properties research indicate that Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes tongji river sediment microbial community structure in the absolute advantage bacterium group.Proteobacteria in this study and TP, OM was significantly positively related, and TN of the correlation coefficient is 0.859, can be used as a tongji river sediment polluted by organic matter levels of indicator microorganisms.(3)Screening to cultivate organic sensitive strain G1, G1 for BOD in the water environment < 50 mg/L, the colony number increase slowly; The aquatic environmentBOD > 50 mg/L, colony number growing rapidly. The G1 has a certain sensitivity to the change of BOD concentration, can be used as a water quality monitoring biosensor biological sensor components.(4)Research applies to the river, with independent with immobilized biological pellet preparation technology of integrated water quality monitoring sensors, to monitor water quality 5, biochemical oxygen demand(BOD5) as the main body in the monitoring, integrated temperature(T), acidity(pH) and dissolved oxygen(DO) a total of four water quality monitoring project, meet the requirements of basic water quality monitoring. Back-end data transmission with wireless communication module, which can realize the communication network, and to send and receive data, in the true sense realize the data sharing.
