On Strongly Quasi-regular P-groups

Let p be a prime number. As we all know, it is an old problem whether a nite p-group can be a derived subgroup of some nite p-group. In this paper, we solved the question for the groups whose order are p4. and also for the groups whose order are p5 in which p=2.
