In order to get the relationship between thermodynamic parameters and reservoir parameters, we did this research. This paper introduced the thermal physics properties and measuring method of thermodynamic parameters of rocks. Restricted by experiment condition, we can only study core samples with the same lithology and porosity under different saturation. And then we did the displacement experiment based on steady state method with 22 pieces of different manmade core samples. The cores are with porosity of 25% and saturation from 0-100% with the interval of 10%. So the fluid saturation of cores were different but with uniform distribution. The density of cores under different saturation was simultaneously measured. Then we measured thermodynamic parameters such as the thermal conductivity coefficient, thermal diffusion coefficient and heat capacity of cores under different saturation with Transient Plane Source Method based on unstable state.we got thermodynamic parameters in the present experiment condition. Finally we analyzed the relationship between these three parameters and saturation and obtained the rules. The result showed that thermal conductivity coefficient and thermal diffusion coefficient decrease while saturation increases. There was no clear rule between heat capacity of cores and saturation. The study will provide method and experiment base for next work.
