In this paper, we apply the generalized uncertainty principle(GUP)to study the spin polarized electron transport properties in ferromagnetic / insulator / ferromagnet magnetic tunnel junction and compared the results with ordinary quantum theory. Using Slonczewsik free electron model, we investigate the impact of the molecular field angle, the barrier width and barrier height on the tunneling conductance, and the impact of the barrier width and the incident electron energy on the phase time. Theoretical results show that:1.The extreme points of the tunneling conductance under generalized uncertainty principle are consistent with the results under ordinary quantum theory. The trend increase faster than that under ordinary quantum theory. When the orientations of two ferromagnetic molecular field are opposite, the tunneling conductance value is much greater than the result under ordinary quantum theory.2.When the two ferromagnetic molecular field are in the same direction, the tunneling conductance under both two theories decrease exponentially as the barrier width and height increase. Furthermore, when the orientations of two ferromagnetic molecular field are anti-parallel to the orientation of the barrier molecular field, the GUP tunneling conductance is slightly greater than the result of ordinary quantum theory under the same barrier width, and slightly less than the result of ordinary quantum theory under the same barrier height.3.The transmission phase time increase as the tunnel barrier width increase under both two theories, And decrease as the incident particle energy increase the same barrier width. In addition, the transmissionphase time is different from the reflection phase time under generalized uncertainty principle, quite difference in low energy region, and little difference in high energy region.
