RNA(ribonucleic acid) is one of the most important elements in biological systems, which perform a variety of functions in body. Non-coding RNA(noncoding RNA, nc RNA) is one kind of RNA that cannot not be translated into protein and it has been the focus of the human genome research in recent years. We have known a lot of information about the primary sequences of non-coding RNA, but their structures are still not clear, which limits understanding of their biological significance. Looking insight into non-coding RNA and predicting their secondary and tertiary structure are necessary and significant.In order to study the structures of non-coding RNAs, we selected a number of representative non-coding RNA to study, including telomerase CR4 / 5, H19 RNA, HULC RNA, HOTAIR RNA and MALAT RNA. The combination of telomerase CR4 / 5 and Protein subdomain TRBD are prevalent in most eukaryotic animals and In order to understand the relationship between the interaction, this paper, by using RNA tertiary structure prediction methods 3d RNA and 3d RPC on CR4/5 regional structure to prediction and analysis the further study on CR4/5 area conformational change for before and after the combination to offer help.on the other hand,Studies have shown that the abnormal expression of non-coding RNA or mutations has a close relationship to many diseases and tumors. This article selects several typical noncoding RNA and learn about their the relationship between the tumor and disease: H19 RNA may be a carcinogen; HULC RNA can be used as a specific marker of liver cancer; HOTAIR RNA in tumor cells with high expression promotes tumor deteriorate; in addition, HOTAIR RNA is also an important indicator of breast cancer, which expressed higher than normal levels in four colorectal cancer; MALAT RNA is related to many cancer, such as lung cancer, endometrial cancer, colorectal cancer and so on, otherwise it is maybe related to neuronal build synapses proteins; We predicted secondary and tertiary structures of these RNA. Finally, we also tested the evaluation function of 3d RNAscore and compared it with several other current existing evaluation functions.
