Circulant matrix is important in the field of matrix theory, its theoretical research is very active. In this paper, we explore matrix norm of the elements are Fibonacci number, Lucas sequence, arithmetic and geometric sequence,based on the previous study of circulant matrix, r- circular matrix and H- circulant matrix. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, we discuss r- circulant matrix of elements are Fibonacci sequence and Lucas sequence. using the transformation between the two series, The matrix spectral norm upper bound is estimateed.Secondly, we discuss the more accurate estimation on the spectral norm of r- circulant matrix with Fibonacci and Lucas numbers.Thirdly, we discuss circulant matrix elements for discussion arithmetic sequence, geometric sequence, arithmetic and geometric binomial series plot unfolds, get bound estimation of F norm and spectral norm.
