In this thesis, we study the problem of sorting purchasing order of fresh food between a distribution center and many chain supermarkets. Distribution center often does two types of decisions when it distributes the fresh food to the chain supermarkets:one kind is who is first delivered under the condition of sufficient supply, the other is how many goods every supermarket distributed respectively under the condition of insufficient supply. First of all, To reasonably arrange the distribution order of fresh food, this thesis builds a system of the parameters related to sorting, including the delivery deadline, average profit, distribution fees, speed of sale, order time, transportation time and puts forward the sorting model based on Entropy method and TOPSIS, An application example of ten chain supermarkets is given to illustrate the practicability and rationality of the model. Secondly, according to the characteristics of perishable fresh food, and in order to allocate purchase quantity, the multi-objective stochastic optimization model is proposed, in which the multi-objective function is to minimize the total cost and the sum of squares of the difference between delivery time and expected delivery time.By means of transforming stochastic constraints into deterministic equivalents, and transforming the multi-objective programming model into single objective programming problem by using the fuzzy programming. This thesis proves existence of the multi-objective programming model's Pareto optimal solution. An application example is also given to testify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method by using Lingo software. Finally, considering the randomness of demand, in order to minimize the total cost, a random multi-period model of distributing purchases for two-period is set up. Based on dynamic programming model, the result of example is solved by using Lingo software and verifys the feasibility and effectiveness of the model by analyzing the influence of various parameters on the total cost.
