Beibu Gulf, located at the northwest of South China Sea, is a unique marine outfall in the Southwest part of China. As a semi-closed bay, the water exchange capacity in the Beibu Gulf is not strong. Especially, on the top of the coastal shallow bay, the purification ability is poor. However, this area is concentrated of various marine activities, once the occurrence of the marine environment major accidents, if not timely respond will bring very serious environmental problems. Therefore, extraction and analysis the characteristics of the Beibu Gulf Marine are particularly important to economic development and environmental protection. The present study in the Beibu Gulf Marine, a lot of work due to the limitation of equipment condition, obtaining the data mainly comes from the perennial accumulation of fixed-point observation statistics. The data represents the range of small and the time span of large, which can't meet the integrity and performance of research needs. Due to restricted by observation point and observation data, the research content mainly stays in the tide, specific current, single feature and so on. Because the limitation of the data collection in the Beibu Gulf Marine, the tide and tidal current numerical calculation and simulation analysis, most of the studies are based on the simulation under the condition of deduction, which lack of a large amount of measured data validation support.Aiming at these problems, the main content of the thesis is as follows:First of all, portable high frequency ground wave radar is used to analyze the Beibu Gulf Marine remote sensing detection and obtain the sea state environmental parameters. Secondly, the distance spectrum of the radar echo is extracted and analyzed on whether the typhoon influences the Beibu Gulf Marine. Thirdly, the Beibu Gulf ocean surface radial current based on the First-order Bragg scatting Doppler spectrum of the distance spectrum is extracted and the characteristics of ocean surface radial current are analyzed. At the same time, the tidal regularity is studied as well as the tide's influence on the surface current. Finally, the Beibu Gulf ocean surface radial wind fields according to the distance spectrum of the Second-order Doppler spectrum are extracted and obtained during typhoon "Usagi", and the characteristics of sea surface wind velocity parameters are analyzed. In a word, the results demonstrate that the extracted data from sea echo spectrum can reflect the features of the Beibu Gulf oceanic dynamics parameters information, which also verify the portable high frequency ground wave radar can meet the needs of the Beibu Gulf Marine environment monitoring and research.
