Based on the action variable method and the periodicity method, this thesis investigates the spectroscopy and its quantum corrections. The whole text is divided into four sections:The first chapter is the introduction. We introduce the basic properties, research status, and the research history and main scheme on the quantization of black holes classically.In chapter two, with the action variable method, spectroscopy of the Schwarzschild de Siter black hole is investigated. By calculating the action variable and on the basis of the adiabatic invariance of the action variable, we get the spectroscopy of the black holes from two different viewpoints.In chapter three, we study quantum corrections to the spectroscopy of BTZ black holes. We discuss not only the radiation of scalar particles but also the radiation of Dirac particles. Based on the corrected area spectrum, we also investigated the entropy spectrum and find there is not correction to the entropy spectrum.In chapter four, the method in chapter three is extended to a three dimension G?del black hole, the result confirm the unversality of this method.
