Development of modern warehousing industry has great significance for optimizing systems of logistics and supply chain, changing increase mode of national economy, improving processing quality of national economy.However, emerging problem should not be ignored. Especially in recent years,warehousing industry has many problems relating to aspects of market access and competitive order. Each area has its own market access and serious region and department protectionism,so it results in disordered warehousing market, and it badly impacts healthy and stable development of Chinese warehousing industry.Therefore this paper has cognizanced the importance of market access rule to warehousing industry profoundly and makes relative research.The paper firstly researches and analyses the background and significance of the subject, secondly in depth analyses and discusses the studying development of domestic and foreign market access at the present stage, in order to make comparison and more detailed analysis, and one by one analyses existent problems of market access about Chinese warehousing industry.Then in order to state the necessities of this thesis’s research content more clearly,the paper analyses the status quo of Chinese warehousing at the present stage,the current situation of our country’s market access system and so on,and points out some existent problems.
