Research On The Caol Exportation From Mongolia To China

In recent years, more and more Mongolia’s and China’s firms go into each market, corporate with each other and get a lot of good performance. These activities also are benefit for people in both countries and promote the development of the world. Now, the scale of Chin’s GDP have been in a good place on the earth and foreign exchange reserves are also much more than other countries’. Therefore, Chinese are very rich. Furthermore, China needs a large number of coals during its industrialization. But Mongolia is rich of coals and needs many foreign exchanges. Therefore, there will be a good corporation and development between them.By analyzing the relative literature on the coal trade between Mongolia and China, this paper concludes some problems as followings: single kind of coal export, small scale of coal trade, obvious influence by the international environment, high risk in exchange rate changing, worse transportation and backward developing facilities and technology, combining with the current status of China’s and Mongolia’s economic and trade, the paper finds out the reasons that these problems occur, such as low efficient work of Mongolia’s customs, the weak ability of Mongolia’s investment promotion and capital introduction, bad status of coal trade base between them, worse Mongolia’s economic status, not perfect encouraging policy of the two countries’ government, port manage system and trade content needing to be perfected. According to these reasons of these problems, the paper proposes some advices to solve these problems on two aspects. On the aspect of Mongolia’s trade environment, the government of Mongolia should perfect these laws and regulations, enlarge the scale of Mongolia’s opening, speed up the construction of infrastructure, release some policy to enlarging Mongolia’s exportation, maintain the trade stability between China and Mongolia, improve the efficiency of port employee’s job and pay more attention to the environment protection. On the aspect of Mongolian coal enterprises, these firms should try to improve their international competitiveness as soon as possible, increase the added value of coal product and strengthen to understand Chinese enterprises. At last, the author hopes to promote the development of coal trade between Mongolia and Chinese by these advices.
