But because the public goods characteristic of environment,environmental pollution problems of ordinary villagers, there is generally a ride,individuals tend to wait for others to protect the environment for their free, in everyone is looking forward to the "free rider", again no one is willing to take the initiative to protect environment, and even suffering from pollution than go to a complaint.In recent years, with the behavior and the rise of the research methods of experimental economics, free riding behavior research has aroused people’s concern.This article is using the method of experimental economics, to study the free-rider problem of environmental pollution complaints, to verify, by means of experiment and put forward can reduce free riding behavior in the rural environmental pollution complaints, feasible measures to improve public participation. In this article, through the questionnaire survey to understand situation of pollution in rural area, at the same time, through the analysis of the data, extracting affected villagers in the pollution of the environment influence factors of affecting the free-rider tendency in the complaint,according to the proposed factors, factors or combination of hitchhiking experiments,through the analysis in the different combination of experiment, the free riding behavior changes of people, get effective measures of the free-rider behavior control and mechanism.
