With the rapid development of information construction in China, the domestic set off a tide about government information, enterprise information and the social information construction. However, various problems gradually exposed during the construction of information system. To solve it, the contract agreement is not enough, the information project supervision, as the independent third party service for the owner, can solve all kinds of problems objectivity and guarantee project quality during the project.Suzhou software Test Company, as an information supervision company, already established for more than ten years. The current marketing environment lead to declining market share, fierce peer competition in the market, the local city’s business opportunity could not meet the company’s requirements and other issues. The current marketing strategy has been difficult to adapt to the company’s goal, in order to solve this problem, based on the idea of service marketing as guidance, reference a lot of information, optimize the service marketing strategy of Suzhou software test company, and set up a complete set of service marketing strategy system.Firstly, do a comprehensive study of Suzhou software test company based on the enterprise marketing management theory from the following four aspects: politics, economy, culture and technology in macro environment of enterprises. At the same time analysis the company’s industry status and the main competitors, as well as the market situation and the main buyers. Secondly, analysis the Suzhou software test company’s marketing situation, through the 4PS theory provides an overview of the current marketing strategy, analyzes the existing problems of marketing. Thirdly, from the development of the market, expanding the scope of services and improve customer satisfaction, and other aspects of the existing service marketing strategy has been optimized, Finally, puts forward suggestions for the Suzhou software test company implement service marketing strategies.In this paper, we hope to develop the service marketing strategy of Suzhou software Test Company to improve the problems in the marketing of the company, improve the company’s market competitiveness, and expand the business to a positive role in promoting the development of the company’s marketing strategy.
