| Online public opinon has strong fermentation.Nowadays,the tourism safety management in Hongkong,Macao and Taiwan is facing complex environment.It is a major challenge for the mainland tourism safety in mainland that how to make good use of online public opinon to enhance the timeliness,transparency and effectiveness of tourism safety online review management.Therefore,it is essential to provide a new idea for tourism safety management in mainland,Hongkong,Macao and Taiwan from the perspective of network review on mainland tourism safety.Based on the database of online reviews on mainland tourism safety from Hongkong,Macao and Taiwan people,this paper uses grounded theory to refine online review dimension,find the different and identify the influencing factors.Then,optimal scaling analysis is used to project review influencing factors and review dimension onto a plane to reflect the relationship and influence degree.In the end,this paper concludes as follows:In the aspect of the number of review dimension,on the whole,the scope of attention from Hongkong people is the broadest.The scope of attention from Taiwan people is the second.The scope of attention from Macao people is the narrowest.In the aspect of the focus of the review,the similarity of the four type websites in Macao is the highest.The similarity of the four type websites in Taiwan is the lowest.The similarity of the four type websites in Hongkong is the second.In the aspect of the emotional color of the review,the review from Macao people has a strong positive color.The review from Taiwan people has a general positive color.The review from Hongkong people has a light positive color and a strong negative color.In the aspect of influencing factors,the tourists and website type are the important factors of online review.There are large differences between Hongkong,Macao and Taiwan.It is showed that the tourists,non-tourists,different website type and review dimension have varying degrees of relationships. |
