With the decline of crude oil reserves and the rapid growth of energy consumption, the natural gas industry started booming. Compressed natural gas vehicles are vigorously promoted by the government. The compressed natural gas(CNG) station is an important part of the compressed natural gas production and transportation links. For the operator, to master the producting and running cost of the CNG automobile parent fuelling station, and to optimize the product process to reduce the producting cost as far as possible are very necessary. Therefore, this study focus on the economic indicators establishment of CNG running, and the optimization of compressor- filling machine linkage link.First of all, the main production processes of CNG automobile parent fuelling station are introduced, and through the analysis of production chain’s working principle, the energy which may arises during various product processes’ operation is obtained. The energy consumption are aggregated, and the energy types included are determined in the scope of the study. Combined with economic theory, CNG automobile parent fuelling station’s economic indicator is established according to the principles of establishing economic indicators. Fixed cost of equipment, fixed operating cost and variable operating cost forms the CNG automobile parent fuelling station’s economic indicator.Based on the content of the CNG automobile parent fuelling station’s economic indicator, data survey and field testing are determined as the data acquisition methods of this study. First, the sampling methods and the location of the samples are determined. Data survey program and the survey form are designed reasonably based on the content of CNG automobile parent fuelling station’s economic indicator, and testing programs of different CNG automobile parent fuelling stations are determined according to the actual situation of the stations.According on the content included in the economic indicator, the method of modeling economic indicator is given. A MATLAB program is designed based on the mathematical model of CNG automobile parent fuelling station’s economic indicator. The economic indicator of different CNG automobile parent fuelling stations are obtained and analyzed by taken of the sampling data into the MATLAB program.The existing fuelling program are introduced, and the pipeline resistances of different fuelling conditions are compared from the perspective of hydrodynamic. The relationship of different fuelling conditions’ energy consumptions is obtained by comparing the theoretical results and actual test results to each other. According to whether the station grasps consumption of different fuelling conditions, two optimizations are given. Besides, programs of the optimizations is compiled, to help to operate the optimizations.
