Analysis On The Financial Dilemma Of County Level In Hubei Province

County Finance is the foundation of China’s financial system. It’s not only connected with the development of the County Finance, but also recently affecting the stability of the grass-roots political power and people’s welfare. In recent years, there are so many areas’ county finance in our country getting into trouble with the reform of the tax system, especially for the provinces which are relatively backward in economic development. The dilemma of the county finance is mainly manifested in county financial revenue and expenditure, especially in the size of revenue and expenditure, the income and expenditure structure and the balance of payments.This essay analyzes the current situation and the reasons of income and expenditure in Hubei province from the angle of county financial revenue and expenditure, and also puts forward some relevant countermeasures. First of all, I summarized as well as analyzing the theories on the county financial distress and the county financial revenue and expenditure from the domestic and foreign. Secondly, I analyzed many data about Hubei province’s county financial revenue and expenditure by collecting its the financial income and expenditure’ data, and then I know the problems about the county financial revenue and expenditure, so I can get the reasons for the related problems. Finally, I put forward some countermeasures to the related problems.
