People’s unsafe behavior is one of the main reasons of coal mine accidents, so controlling and preventing employee’s unsafe behavior will no doubt be the key link to reduce coal mine accidents. Taking Yulin Shenhua as the research object, the influence factors of unsafe behavior as the breakthrough point, the staff’s unsafe behavior control is studied, which contributes to helps to reduce the staff’s unsafe behavior and guarantees the safety in production of enterprises.The paper analysis the staff’s unsafe behavior of Yulin Shenhua, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of questionnaire data are carried out, getting7 dimensions of Yulin Shenhua employee’s unsafe behavior. Safety aptitude contains 5 indexes: the sense of responsibility, safety knowledge, safety skills, the safety consciousness and attitude; organization management contains 5 indexes: the integrity of rules and regulations, supervision and inspection, information communication, the training of safety education and safety culture; the external environment includes 2 indicators: family environment and interpersonal relationship; psychological factors include 3 indicators: the herd mentality, overexert psychology and fluky psychology; physiological factors include2 indicators: fatigue, physical quality; working environment contains 4 indexes: high temperature, noise, lighting and dust; leading factors include4 indicators: managers work effort, management attitude of safety, the rationality of management tasks distribution, management of subordinate identity. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions to control the unsafe behavior are put forward according to the influencing factors of Yulin Shenhua employee’s unsafe behavior: establishment and improvement the organizational management of unsafe behavior, establishment and improvement the staff safety training management system, enhancing the staff safety capable, selection the staff scientifically and allocation tasks reasonably, attention the staff’s physiological characteristics and correct unhealthy psychological factors, improvement the working environment, create a harmonious working environment.The study has a certain theoretical meaning and practical guidance for controlling Yulin Shenhua employee’s unsafe behavior and protecting the safety in production of enterprises.
