With the development of tunnel engineering in the direction of the long tunnel, the construction efficiency and the reliable operation life of TBM are becoming more and more important. In addition to the continuous development of TBM technology, the effect of the management of TBM equipment can not be ignored.In this paper the equipment of TBM is taken a comprehensive analysis from the aspects of production, quality, cost, safety and maintainability, and the tool, the main bearing and the hydraulic are selected as the important management object of equipment management.This paper introduces the characteristics of the equipment of the cutting tool, the main bearing and the hydraulic system. Through performance analysis and common failure analysis of these devices, a data based scientific management program on the basis of previous experience management method is developed, and then the corresponding software is authored with the LabVIEW. This can be achieve a higher degree of automation management.The date of the cutting tool in Da Huofang tunnel project is analyzed, such as the consumption amount and the wear volume in different tool position under normal wear, the proportion of various main types of tool damage, the total consumption of different tool bits, the average consumption data of each cutter location and main damage types in different regions. The data of the lubricating oil of main bearing and the hydraulic oil of hydraulic system in Yinhanjiwei water tunnel project is rearranged. The changing tendency of the water content and the movement viscosity of oil, and the wear condition of the main bearing and hydraulic device by the mains of three lines of iron spectrum and spectrum were analyzed.The virtual instrument technology and the performance analysis and data analysis of cutting tool, main bearing and hydraulic system are combined to design the TBM equipment management system software, and then use a more convenient, more scientific method to achieve the input, query, management, analysis, etc of the TBM device data to improve the efficiency of equipment management. The SQL language is used to establish the link between Access and LabVIEW to realize the management of the data of the TBM device.
