In recent years, with the continuous development of China’s economy and society, the theory and practice of project management has been put more and more value by the government, enterprises and other social organizations. When the project complexity is continually increase and scale become more bigger, project integration management theory appeared and the development. Project Integration Management(hereinafter called PIM) can help people to manage project quality, schedule, cost and other factors dynamic ally, to distribute resources reasonably by different task, to realize the objective maximum, when the resources is limited. The project integrated management mode is usually used in large projects and very complex project. Since 21 Century, the environmental problem is widely concerned by mankind. Energy saving and emission reduction has become an important issue for enterprises need to face. At the same time, in the market economy environment, enterprise focus on angle of economic interests have the willingness of energy saving and emission reduction, enterprises use advanced technology and production equipment, improve the production process of transformation, reduce the production process energy consumption can achieve the goal of the cost reduction and improvement of profitability.In this paper we research the theory and trait of PIM and do the study of the concept of Carbon Emission Calculation and Green Production in the same time. Then we put the concept of PIM into the implement of Energy-saving project and make sure that the necessity of PIM implement through the problem analysis in G company’s energy-saving project. In this paper, we evaluate and screen the programs by using the concept of Carbon Emission Calculation and Green Production and do the research of PIM plan and control in implementation phase. We explore to use the theory of PIM in energy-saving phase, set the goal as the actual result meet the requirement of target. Depend on the real requirement and trait of energy-saving project of G company, we use methods of PIM to desi gn the plan, design, implement, acceptance check and dynamically manage the project quality, schedule, cost to insure the project can achieved best results. In implement phase, the main task is to make a PIM plan and do the management dynamically, and to launch the PIM theory by an example. At last, we do the outcome assessment simply and summarize the key phase which the PIM can effect in the energy-saving project, review the lack and look forward to the follow up work.This project research shows a PIM sample, it’s helpful for enterprise who has the same requirement of energy-saving and it can inspire the innovation of project management.
