People Capability Maturity Model(P-CMM) is well considered as a benchmarks and templates for the measurement of human resources management in particular organization, and it has the practice meaning for guiding organizational human resources capability development. But it’s not been used frequently in Chinese corporates. In this article, the theories, methods, results and key success factor will be discussed to the model in corporation.In this article, with the guidance of the theories of human resource management, especially using advanced human resource management tool of People Capability Maturity Model, we design the issues of systematic performance management for company T as: designing the regulations for performance monitoring, appraisal, feedback and result using through related articles of People Capability Maturity Model, giving advices aiming the issues of real practice, and set the regulation. All of these matters will lead company’s fundamental setting for performance management as the core competition in future.Through systematic designing for performance management, this research will provide a whole series of benchmarks of using People Capability Maturity Model in Chinese similar corporations, at the same time, providing some experience to fit for local environment, proving P-CMM may have great contribution to improving performance management of Chinese companies.
